THOSE WHO FOLLOWED THE ADVICE GIVEN HERE TO INVEST IN CANADA HAVE HAD A MUCH MORE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. As of Friday’s close, the DJIA was down 19.8% from the 2007 high (a 20% decline officially qualifies as a bear market) and the SP 500 was not fairing much better.
